Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Degree Tracking platform. Degree Tracking is operated by Shantal Ewell.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the platform has not been used. Refunds will be processed minus any fees charged by the payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).

Because Degree Tracking is a digital service that processes uploaded documents and generates academic planning outputs, refunds are not available once the service has been used.

Refunds may be granted if the service is proven to not function as described.

Users requesting a refund under this condition may be asked to provide reasonable details demonstrating the issue so that it can be verified.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after using the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

Degree Tracking reserves the right to contest chargebacks when platform usage has occurred.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as LemonSqueezy. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
